My First Difficult Trek into The Shoes of the Other!

About the widget dont know if it is just growing out of control on its own! :) or I didnt reduce it last time I made all smaller...will see on my work pc it just looks cut off but it never comes over so I never get to see it doing that but I guess if I get it smaller it will hopefully not flow over onto other people's screens cause of course the main thing is for people to read the posts!
Hey, that widget comes up again and blocks the post. Can't read the left side of it.
